Tuah Pandan is able to provide a complete customer service for any video surveillance equipment including customer support and maintenance. Maintenance to any equipment supplied by Tuah Pandan required within the warranty period is provided for free of charge.

Customers have the option for ongoing maintenance with Tuah Pandan to receive additional benefit of product upgrades and support at discounted rates.
Maintenance contracts are also part of Tuah Pandan core business.

When a unit of any surveillance system becomes faulty or needs regular maintenance to ensure reliability, Tuah Pandan will undertake the maintenance of any such equipment for our valued customers.

 

CCTV Service & Maintenance


At Tuah Pandan we offer a wide range of maintenance contracts for systems regardless

as to whether we installed the system or not.

We don’t believe in a one size fits all approach to maintenance and therefore we offer CCTV maintenance contracts at different service levels and durations throughout the year to best meet your requirements and ensure that your system is always working at its most efficient and remains trouble free. On top of our maintenance schedule we also offer a telephone support line to help if you have any problems with your system at any time throughout the year, and if we have remote access in to your system we can also review faults online free of charge.

We currently maintain systems within many different sectors from residential houses, to large commercial complexes.

Checking CCTV system history and maintenance schedules

Visually inspect all major CCTV components including cabling & connections where accessible for signs of deterioration or damage

Check all CCTV control equipment (monitors, DVR/NVR, Multiplexer etc.)

Check and clean cameras, lenses and housings as necessary

Standard Maintenance Agreement:


Tuah Pandan will conduct regular site visits to:

• Sort out system faults and issues,
• Re-focus and clean security cameras,
• Calibrate monitors,
• Test and update recording settings,
• Train your staff,
• Supply adequate CCTV Signage if needed,

We also provide free telephone /email support 24/7


Silver Maintenance Contract:


Includes above service and free service calls – labour and repairs are inclusive. You are only liable for cost of faulty parts, which we will supply at a discounted rate.


Gold Maintenance Contract:


As above, but additionally mechanical breakdown of CCTV Equipment is covered.
